When will I receive my order?
You will receive an email stating your order has been completed once your order has shipped! You should receive your items within 3 to 10 business days of receiving the email.
How Long does a Refund Take?
We credit the original card used to make the purchase as soon as we receive the returned merchandise. Shipping charges are non-refundable. However, refunds generally appear on your billing statement in one to two billing periods.
What Are Kittie Kittie™’s Return Policies?

Kittie Kittie™ accepts returns for credit, exchange or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (www.kittiekittierescue.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date the order is received. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, please follow the link above to initiate a claim for a replacement.
